fash•ion (fash-uh n) | to dye for

Before I went on my Mexication I was obsessed with everything tie dye.  So clearly, I was on a mission.  I can't be bothered by doing a messy DIY in my small condo, so it was best to look for the pre-made option.  Luckily my thrifting skills elevated to a whole new level when I was able to score BIG at my favorite thrift store.  When I say big, I mean HUGE (a la Pretty Woman).

This dress is one of my best finds (aside from my lime green skirt).  Not only does it embrace the essence of tie dye, but it's also tie dye made by Michael Kors.  The best part though is that I only shelled out $5 for it.  Is that a win or what?

I'm only a fan of particular items of tie-dye, but this one is such a cute steal!! Oh and can you wear headbands everyday? You look so adorable in them!

Dude, that dress rocks. That is like classy tie dye, not every color of the rainbow made into a swirl that we made back in the 80s. I love that dress. I just ordered a similar tie dye pattern dress from F21, but it's their Love 21 brand or whatever so hopefully it fits me =P Their regular sizes are too damn small, I think it's made for teenagers.

I digress, tie dye all the way! =)

This dress is a total win! I have a bit of an inner-hippy so I love tie dye (especially classy tie-dye like this)!

I'm a big fan of taking solid-colored pieces and reverse-tie dyeing them using folding techniques and bleach. I did a post on it way back: http://interrobangsanon.wordpress.com/2010/04/02/diy-discharge-dyeing/

I am usually not a fan of tie-dye because it is such psychedelic or clashing colors, but the neutrals of this make it work so well. Fab!
