fash•ion (fash-uh n) | leopard

It seems like every 2 - 3 years the leopard/animal print trend re-surfaces in the world of fashion.  Some presences are bigger than others and sometimes it's both leopard, as well as tiger prints, but this year is the year of the leopard.  And its presence is HUGE - so huge that I myself, a newly converted leopard print lover, is coveting almost every leopard piece out there.

I was always convinced that animal prints weren't "my style".  It required someone a little edgier than myself to brave the animal kingdom, but quickly that all changed.  A few weeks ago I stumbled on this amazing sweater while thrifting and I must say that to date this is one of my favorite finds, but the best part?  Shortly after I found this sweet sweater, I was flipping through the new Urban Outfitters catalog and saw that an eerily similar sweater was on one of the models.  I remember thinking, "Kudos Tabitha...Kudos.  This is a big win for your wardrobe."

Oh nice find! I love leopard print, I have to say it took me a little while to ease into the idea that I could in fact wear it, but once I crossed over, well lets just say I'm never looking back.

Totally great find! I've been looking for a leopard sweater while I've been thrifting but refuse to pay full price for one at the store. Could you tell me what thrift store you shop at?

I always always thought the leopard print wasn't for me but have been eying it lately.

You look CUTE in leopard! I call the sweater you're wearing snow leopard. SO COOL! I've embraced it in bits. Scarves and I'm waiting on these $250 J. Crew leopard ballet flats to go down in price. I don't know how I missed all your posts Tabitha. Blogger reader can be horrible at times. :(
